Getting more of what is meaningful and fulfilling means doing things differently than we are right now. It means change. Specifically a change in habits – those automatic behaviors and thought patterns that occur throughout the day without awareness. Ultimately, habits are what build our life experience. If we are not aware of what they are, we may end up with a life we never intended.

The problem is… who really likes change?

But what if change could feel good?

Sticking to habits that support meaningful goals is not about willpower. It’s about a balance of action and acknowledgement:

  1. Getting clear on what will actually add to our fulfillment.
  2. Redesigning our habits so that they work for us.
  3. Gratefulness for all experiences and appreciation for who we are at the deepest level.

Ready to make changes with a community of change makers who believe that more feels good when its meaningful? Together, we’ll take small daily actions to keep us on track. Follow the blog or sign up for the email list to be notified of new posts Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
